Contractor reviewing job cost sheets on site

Our Services

Three services. One clear purpose.

Each service addresses a specific part of construction finance — job costs, subcontractor obligations, and contract profitability. You can start with one or combine them depending on where the gaps currently sit.

How the services work

Built for how construction finance actually operates

The three services below reflect the three areas where contractors most often find that general bookkeeping falls short: knowing how each job is performing, managing subcontractor obligations correctly, and understanding true contract profitability. Each one can stand alone or sit alongside the others.

Job costing ledger with project costs

Service 01

Job Costing & Project Bookkeeping

Bookkeeping organized by job, tracking costs against budget so you can see how each project is performing as it progresses. Suited to contractors and trades who want clarity beyond a single monthly figure.

Costs posted against each active job as they arrive, not pooled into a monthly total

Budget vs actual variance visible during the project, not only at month end

Job cost sheets structured around your existing contract and cost-code format

Completed-contract summary produced at handover for future reference

Scales with your workload — billed per active job, not per month at a fixed rate

$60 / active job / month

Combined Services

How the services sit together

Each service works independently. Together, they cover the full financial picture of a construction business from job-level cost tracking through to completed-contract analysis.

If you carry multiple live jobs

Service 01 gives you cost visibility on each contract as work progresses — so you are not discovering a margin problem at the final account stage.

If you use subcontractors regularly

Service 02 handles the verification, deductions, and monthly returns so that the compliance side of your sub payments runs correctly without demanding your attention each cycle.

Questions

Things people usually ask before starting

Can I start with just one service?
Yes. The services are independent and can be taken on individually. Most clients start with Service 01 and add others once the job costing structure is established, but there is no requirement to take more than one.
How does the per-job pricing for Service 01 work in practice?
You are billed for each job that is active in a given month — meaning costs are being incurred and recorded against it. Completed jobs that are no longer receiving cost postings are not counted. The billing reflects your actual workload rather than a fixed monthly fee regardless of activity.
Do you work with businesses outside a specific country?
We work with contractors and builders globally. Construction finance principles — job costing, retentions, stage payments — are consistent across markets. Where there are jurisdiction-specific deduction or compliance requirements, we discuss these during the initial conversation to confirm we are the right fit.
What information do you need to get started?
The initial conversation covers how your jobs are currently named and tracked, your subcontractor arrangements if applicable, and where your existing records sit. We do not need anything formal before the first call — that is what the conversation is for.
Is there a minimum contract term?
We discuss terms during the initial consultation. Most clients find that three to six months is a reasonable period to establish the job structure and see the system working across a full contract cycle, but we do not impose rigid minimum terms before understanding your situation.

Not sure which service to start with?

A short conversation about your current setup is the clearest way to find out. We can talk through what your jobs look like, where the gaps are, and which service would give you the most immediate clarity.
